Chromatrix is an endlessly fresh, retro-style Tower Defense game about protecting your tiles from wave after wave of enemy attacks. Carefully study dozens of different enemy types, including both flying and ground-based enemies, and master the meanings of different shapes and colors to precisely match your defense to each increasingly vicious wave. Fend off the powerful boss at the end of each wave!

Manage your towers and counter enemies effectively, leveraging the strengths and weaknesses tied to their color types. Each tower has 2 branching upgrade paths with interesting effects, allowing for unique strategies to emerge.

EXPLORE A COMPLEX UPGRADE TREE

Every turret not only has its own elemental color and traits – red turrets are best against red targets, blue are best against blue, and so on – but also has two branching upgrade paths, allowing for wildly divergent playstyles and strategies. Find the tactics that work best for you – and worst for your enemies!
